Please note a BIG CHANGE in 2009!  We will not be mailing out any more Newsletters, as we are officially going green and looking to save on paper/trees.  After 17 years, we are also looking to become more contemporary with new forms of media such as our website.  Please log on for programs, speakers, events and updates. 

Utilizing the website to disseminate our group's information will be more effective in many ways.  There will be more timely updates of information and events being held, we will save manpower hours in the actual labeling, folding and mailing of newsletters and we will avoid postal delays in processing our 3rd class mail.

If you have any information you would like to share, please email it to Pam, our Website liason, at pk327@yahoo.com and she will pass it on to our Webmaster.  If you don't have access to a computer, we will have printed copies of some of the web pages on the sign in table at our Thursday evening meetings (52 weeks of the year!) 

We hope you will share our Web Address with others so they might also benefit from the support of our group.

The "Growing Thru it Series" was well received and very informative.  Special "Thanks!" to the 34 members who renewed their membership for 2009.  We also welcomed new participants who gained strength and support from our speakers and discussion groups.
